Do I have to start a brand new file, or can you fix the one I have?
In most cases we clean up the QuickBooks Online file you already have so you keep your history. We only recommend a fresh file when the existing one is too tangled to trust, and we'll explain why before doing anything.
Will you teach me how to use it, or just do it for me?
Both, your call. Some owners want to run QuickBooks themselves after we set it up, so we train you in your own file. Others would rather hand it off, so we keep the books monthly and close by the 10th. We're happy to do either.
