These terms govern your use of the Tidy Ledgers Bookkeeping website and the services we provide. By using this site or hiring us, you agree to them.
Our services
We provide bookkeeping, payroll, sales and use tax filing, and QuickBooks support. We keep your books accurate and tax-ready and work alongside your CPA or tax preparer. We do not prepare business or personal income tax returns, give legal advice, or perform audits.
Your responsibilities
To do good work, we rely on you to give us accurate, complete, and timely information and access to the accounts we need. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on the financial information we prepare.
Fees and cancellation
We bill a flat monthly fee for ongoing services, agreed in writing before we start. Engagements are month to month. Either of us may cancel with 30 days' notice. Your books and records remain yours.
Accuracy and limitation of liability
We stand behind our work. If we make a reconciliation error, we will correct it. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the period in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last revised.
