Pricing
Pricing that fits your books, not a template
We don't sell one-size-fits-all packages. We learn what your business actually needs, then quote a flat monthly rate with nothing hidden.

Quote logic
Scoped to your actual books
Why we quote instead of posting a price list
A solo owner with one checking account and a growing company with payroll and three entities should not pay the same flat fee. A quick look at your books lets us price it fairly, the first time.
A good bookkeeper costs far less than a full-time hire, and a lot less than a missed filing or a tax-season scramble. We'll show you exactly what you get for the price before you decide anything.
What goes into your quote
- Your monthly transaction volume across bank and credit card accounts
- The services you need (monthly books, payroll, sales tax, reporting)
- How far behind your books are, if any catch-up is needed
- How many accounts and entities we reconcile each month
Most quotes go out within one business day of your free books health check.

Pricing questions
The questions we hear most
How much does bookkeeping cost?
Every business is different, so we price to your needs and your transaction volume. Tell us a bit about your books and we'll send a clear, flat monthly quote with no hidden fees, usually within one business day. Start with a free books health check and you'll know the number before you commit to anything.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. We work month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice, and your books are always yours to keep, during and after. We'd rather earn your business every month than trap you in a contract.
What if I just need a one-time cleanup?
That's fine. A catch-up or cleanup before tax season is something we're glad to handle on its own, and you can take the rest yourself. There's no requirement to sign up for monthly service, though many owners find it easier to let us keep it tidy once it's clean.
